Annual Meeting Swiss Clinical Trial Organisation

Matthias Templ gave an invited expert talk at the Statistics & Methodology platform Meeting (05.05.2024) of the Swiss Clinical Trial Organisation in Bern. The talk was on the topic of “Swiss Data Anonymization Competence Center and the Anonymization and Synthetization of Data”.

Interesting discussion about membership attacks to clinical trial data, and the potential disclosure risk scenarios of typical clinical trial data with the audience. In fact, clinical trial data are special, since they contain often information of less than 300 participants in a study and they contain mostly only a few key variables and highly sensitive variables.
